We've revamped our website at work and I drew charicatures of everyone in the office. Instead of painting, I used the dodge and burn tool in Photoshop to block in tones.

What version of photoshop were you using? I ask because I recently got a photoshop program, and am not sure I know which tool you're talking about.

There is a tool icon that looks like a little hand making an "O" and a circle with a line coming out of it. These are the dodge and burn tools.

They are old photography tools that they used to manually manipulate prints with. Now we can do it with a simple click..
